Was it an actual policy, or just confirmation that you had purchased it? Only thing I have is my original order from Home Depot, showing that I purchased the extended warranty. Nothing in my spam folders.
I got the same email this morning about delivery between 4 and 8. I was about to leave the house a few minutes ago, and a big box truck pulled in. The guy was very nice and put it in my truck. It sure wasn't the delivery window I was expecting but was glad to finally have it.

Exactly. I am a very patient person, but don't charge my credit card, give me a delivery date that has since passed, and not tell me what is going on. A little communication goes a long way.
Still waiting. Getting a bit ticked now that they charged my credit card. Called customer service, and the lady opened an inquiry. Got an email later that said I should get it by Aug. 10th. Second bad order in a row with Home Depot. Think I am just about done with them.
Looks like I was charged for the warranty on the 23rd, and charged for the tiller today. I've heard absolutely nothing from Home Depot. Maybe that means it is shipping. Who knows?
I ordered mine on the 17th, and received an order confirmation, but have heard nothing since. Originally, they said it would be delivered next Tuesday, but I'm beginning to have my doubts.
