    Hey OTD. I live in Rockdale, GA and had a question about getting a weapons carry permit replaced. Someone (my dad) had misplaced my entire wallet about three weeks ago. I went into probate court to request a replacement and paid the fee. Does it normally take this long to get a replacement card?
