So where is this real world and accurate "listed value" of every firearm the ATF will use to determine if you made a profit on any of your collection from over the decades. Do the values account for inflation, rarity, comparable values if the money was invested? Are we comparing apples to...
Seeing as it’s near impossible to sell anything on the ODT lately, I’ve been using GB and an FFL. I even tried selling gold below spot here and had a hard time doing that. As far as making money, I’m sure I’ve lost money and made money in the past, but definitely negligible. I’m downsizing and...
All one had to do is remove the braces and not have them at your house. Not hard to do and easily remedied. Simple, legal and temporary until the overreach was corrected. I didn’t understand why people put a stamp on another firearm as they’re a pain to sell/trade with a stamp.
I agree and I follow the law as well. I can’t take those risks with my family. So I just removed the braces and sold them to a relative for $1. Now I need to come up with $1 to buy my braces back. Maybe I’ll start a gofund me page.
So let me get this straight. You get a free tax stamp on a firearm that now doesn’t need one. Now you have a firearm that you are essentially stuck with because it’s a pain in the ass to sell and you need to contact the ATF if you leave the state with it. I have stamps and realize those items...
It’s about damn time!!! So how does this effect the liberals who did the “free of charge” registration other than chipping away at what’s left of our rights?
Last week the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) successfully secured relief via an injunction for NAGR(National Association for Gun Rights) regarding pistol braces! I happen to be a member so time to get my braces back!!!!!!
My thoughts on this and I don’t know about others. When I retire and move far away from Atlanta, I’m not looking forward to having to sell my registered firearms I already have!! I just got rid of the braces, problem solved. Back to the old ways.
