They have the right to ask me to leave their property. It's nobody's business if I'm carrying. It's only coming out to defend my life so it's a non-issue.
That's right. When deadly force is justified, you shoot to STOP the threat, or use, of deadly force against you or a third party. You don't shoot to kill. Killing is incidental, if it occurs. :cool:
Notice the term in that Georgia code "speed detection device" (i.e. radar, laser, Vascar). A patrol car's speedometer is not a speed detection device, so doesn't apply to that law. Officers can pace you and ticket you.
