    The incident I referenced the guy didnt have a GWL His DL didnt match what was on the 4473.

    Not to change the OP but I've first hand knowledge (a friend) who had a GWL and had moved. At an FFL purchase he was given a share of grief because his DL did not match the address he printed on the 4473. He ended up getting the firearm after the owner overrode the counter help.

    GWL is a state wide document. If you move (within GA.) there is no need to get a new one . Now if your DL doesnt match the FFL will give grief.
