If that’s the case, I think federal law allows you to ship firearms directly to yourself without FFL involvement. You have to be on the receiving end when they arrive and I would make sure Cali doesn’t have some asinine law that “supersedes” the federal law. I’m not an expert in this field but...
IDK about pistols but as long as the long guns are California compliant, you, as an individual, can ship to an FFL in California without obtaining a CFLC. CFLC is only for FFL to FFL.
I’ve done a quick search and really only came up with “fishing and hunting” as approved activities in which a person under 21 can open carry a pistol.
Can anyone point me to a statute with clarity on the issue of a person under 21 open carrying a handgun while hiking on national forest lands?
Anyone ever ship gun parts/accessories to Canada? I have something listed on eBay and a buyer in Canada is asking if I will ship it there. I told him no but the question sparked some curiosity. It’s just a rifle stock but it appears anything over $100 is subject to export rules.
Yeah, I have my reservations. From what I understand, the deputy had already visited the residence once and they told him they had purchased the property. He apparently wasn't pleased when he found out they had lied to him, maybe that will help in the future.
I know some of you have forgotten all about this but I figured I would update anyway. I was just informed that the Cherokee County Marshal's Office has contacted the heir (wife) of the developer and notified her that the property in question is available for use as a recreation area for all...
Yes, I've done that, as well as talking to the tax assessors office directly. Frankly, I'm pretty much over it for now, and I've been informed by my wife and son that we're probably moving anyway so not sure how much more energy I'm willing to expend.
No resolution yet, the dickhead is now parking ****ty vehicles on the property and has posted no trespassing signs on all the trees. In the process of getting a title investigation started. I'm not spending any personal money on this so it's a slow process. I heard through the rumor mill that...
I remember hearing some radio commercials calling out one of the Middle East airlines for human rights violations a few years ago. I wonder if that was it.
No update yet, the non-HOA "president" said she was going to bring it up during a conversation she was supposed to have with them about something else. I haven't been around the house much lately so I haven't heard anything.
