    Times change... They used to have check points twice a year when I was in High School... They just randomly pulled over Highschoolers and went through the different features/functions of their vehicles.... I got a warning once from that....

    I see good and bad.... Yes Mr.Bad Guy will not know who has a weapon... but Mr.Vitim may not know how to use weapon and hurt someone by mistake..... If the students are going to carry weapons, I hope they are forced/required to take proper gun safety......
