    There is no such animal. You can get permits in a few states that will cover most of the country, but places like illinios, new jersey, SC, new york, it just ain't gonna happen. Get stopped in those places, and it is do not pass go, go directly to jail.

    http://www.georgiapacking.org/GaCode/?title=16&chapter=11&section=101.1 Here in the Ga code it says minors are not allowed to posses handguns. If it is not illegal, you will not find it in the code. Between 18 and 21 are allowed to own a handgun, but they are not permitted to purchase one...
