    Pretty much my thinking as well. Driving stoned isn't that much different than driving drunk (slowed reaction times, ect), but you cant exactly blow into a breathalyzer to determine if you are stoned, and the drugs are in your system for days even though the effects of the drug have worn off...

    There is no law in georgia that says you cant own a pistol, the law that says you can is the second ammendment. No other law exists in georgia protecting or restricting your owning of a pistol other that you cant buy it from a retail establishment until you are 21
