Yes, but the cost / benefit equation is high enough that I’ll take the risk. If someone forever realists the same item it means they’re asking way too much. There is a high likelihood that everything else they list will be similarly priced.
I don't care about the color as much, but it would be handy if all the regions were color coded. Like blue for ATL, pink for NE, purple for NW, yellow for SE, etc...
I’m a member on BladeForums and it’s $25/year or so for a membership that allows you to sell things on the site. I don’t have any problems with that.
On the other hand, how many of the people buying or selling on here are not ‘regulars’ ? I’d hate to run them off.
Another way to do it might...
Seems like a good idea to me. Other sites also have dedicated forums for sponsors, so that may be an option as well.
A weeks seems a bit short. A month, or minimum of 4 posts in a month or a minimum number of active users may be better.
It's all good for me, except the specificity required for the meet. IMHO if I agree to meet someone "next week in Kennesaw" with the specifics to be worked out closer to the timing, that's still a deal.
Personally I don't have any interest in it - I like that PM's keep a permanent record of the conversation, especially when it comes to making deals.
If you do set it up, I'd prefer it to be an 'opt-in' system if possible so I can avoid it.
Is there a way to make the floating preview window show only the description & price? Currently it has a lot of form text that doesn't give me much to work with....
