Welcome to ODT and Georgia! ODNR has out door ranges you can use for plinking (No Drills and a lot Range Rules) for the price of a fishing/hunting license. Too run drills and such you will probably need to hook up with someone who does training or private outdoor ranges, or if you are a hunter...- Alaskan
