I spoke to our NFA manager, and he's suggested reaching out to the ATF. Of course you can always check on the process on Silencer Shop, but I'm betting you've done that part already. Alternately, if you send the email and/or phone number that you used for Silencer Shop then I can take a gander.
Ooof. That's a long wait. I know we get whole days without stamps coming in, so it appears as if their approval is done in batches. If I see anyone further up the NFA chain than me (I usually just log in what we get) I'll see if we can't get a better answer than, "Looks like ya need to wait...
Was that paper or e-form? We're seeing almost exactly a year for paper, and as short as 21 days for one of the employees.
One thing I might suggest is checking your Silencer Shop account. Maybe there's an update for you there, but I make no promises.
