    If you dercide to trade or sell the weapon before you fill out the 4473, then it is in fact a straw purchase.. If you shoot the gun and don't like it, to me that would then no longer be a straw purchase as you did in fact want the fire arm when you filled out the form. Im no lawyer though, and...

    Personally if I have something priced wrong I'd like to know about it.. Sometimes we get screwed at the time of purchase for a gun because it was an impulse buy that wasn't researched and when we go to sell it its not worth as much as we thought it was. I think its best this knowledge be passed...
