    i just feel if they allready have enough proof for a warrent .that should be sufficient, and no need to catch them in the act that they allredy are supposed to have proof of ,therefor no need to bust open a door just as i suggested .wait for person of interest to exit structure and arrest ..

    i understand that, my thing is if they were issued a warrent they allready have proof of illegal activity so proof of further is unnessassary right, or do we issue warrents to catch a person doing something illegal ?

    warrents could have been served. when the guy was leaving the home ,why does the police have to bust open a door everytime ,i understand the element of surprise but so many times there are children and innocent family members IE case in ga where old grandma was killed while serving warrent on...
