The military is no longer allowed to sell components to the private market any more. All the brass has to be shredded and sold as scrap from 9mm to 30mm.
RWC has all of the licenses for producing legit AK's under the Kalashnikov name. They also have access to the russian specs for building them. AKOU is interviewing them today so that should answer most of the questions we have about them including price and will there be an SVD.
