    It's personal preference,what works best for the shooter, balance, accuracy, recoil, and muzzle jump. Our preference, heavy barrel, at least 24" or 26" average gun weight 9.5+ pounds and then add 2-3 pounds for bases, rings, and scope. Not necessary what some people like and that's fine, some...
