I have shot a factory m&p 40 with a factory 9mm barrel. But I don't believe you can go the other way, the extractor spacing will not catch the rim of the case
It is a chiefs special. 38 special. Small trigger guard, short round butt. I'm almost scared to carry it in case I mess it up. That's why I'm thinking of trading into a model 60 no dash. Is this too rare to be carrying around in my pocket? Serial number puts it in 1953 I believe. It's 345xx.
