I found an AK at a pawn shop --- have some questions on if its worth it or not...
Receiver said IO - but I think it was a build on IO's receiver (stamped)
Rifle was build with screws, not rivets.
trunnion was marked 1983.

I picked this it up at a pawn shop for what I think was a good deal. Not really sure what it is though.
Its a Norinco NHM91... would this have had a thumbhole stock originally?

Its true - was a pawn shop find.
I was in a week ago asking if they had an Ak - when I returned yesterday he remembered and said one just came it - was not priced or out yet.
He looked it up in a book (book was not even close to what I see them selling for now)- I was on my stinking slow phone...

Problem is I don't know good from bad on ak's, but a fast search on my phone and this one had good reviews.
