    My boss is helping his mother in law sell a lot of her husband’s collectibles and she brought this to him this weekend. I’m not well versed and don’t know if this is a commercial model or military. Comes with one mag and the carry case. Any help with info and approximate value would be appreciated.

    My father in law keeps his 10/22 next to the sofa where he sits. He has extreme arthritis and a laundry list of health problems that make every day an experiment in how much pain he can tolerate. It's the only caliber he can handle and I made sure he had a mag full of CCI stingers in it.
