I have the Ruger "Convertible" and love it. You can swap the cylinder from 9mm to 357 . They are not expensive and unlike a Taurus are well... built like a Ruger . Plus it has a great trigger.
Kimbers are fine once you ditch the stock magazines. At least every one I have owned. They should just have Wilson be their supplier for what they charge.
Same thing but in .20 gauge. My dad would not spent the extra money on that expensive .410 ! I still have it and it will be my son's first gut this September for his birthday.
I have GSG and it runs great and you can find a used one for $200-$250 range . The only Kimbers I have owned were .45s and they were nice once you got rid of the crappy factory mags.
The serial # indicates it's made in 1918 No 4222XX. All I saw behind that plate was the # 4 pretty small area back there . Maybe I am looking in the wrong area.
