I think Lowes were actually smaller bags too. And please don't put lighter fluid on charcoal. It ruins the taste of the food. Get a starter chimney and use a little newspaper. You'll thank me.
Are you talking about the little place right next door to Kroger at east lake? I've had a couple shrimp po boys from that shop and they were edible. But the shrimp were a little small and bready.
Did a little indirect smoking for one yesterday. 2.5lb chunk of pork shoulder on my little smokey joe with Kingsford and apple wood. Smoked if for about an hour and a half. It came out excellent.
Kingsford on a Weber. It's a hard to beat combo. The "little" 22.5" is about 30 years old and just got replaced with the 26.75" Gold. This new one is a monster.
