awesome. We had a lot of it growing as well. The aromatics are ridiculous. It made our whole house smell good. A little goes a long way. Good idea on the pesto cubes. I'll definitely be going that route next time. How do you do yours? Just basil and olive oil in the CuisineArt?
We like to do some cooking around here. My father's the same way. We have little "throw-downs" any chance we get and the wife get's mad when I call her my assistant.
Sesame seared tuna. Noodles with diced carrots, cucumbers, sesame seeds and tossed in rice wine, sesame oil and rice vinegar, and soy sauce, topped with a shrimp cooked in butter and Siracha.
DON'T EVER BUY PREMADE GUAC!!!!!!! It's too simple to make your own. Hell, just some avocado's and taco seasoning packets can suffice in a pinch and be 100000x better than any store bought stuff.
Wimmins corner? I'm a man damnit! If it comes to cooking things that use to breath, that's my area! I leave all the cleaning up to the woman, but when it comes to cooking, I enjoy it.
The citrus in the lime juice also helps to keep the guac from browning while sitting uncovered. I run mine light on the cilantro and after trying a few different recipes, taco bell mild sauce really changes things up. I know people that can't stand guac and will request mine every time.
