now in addition, I will follow that up with an instant message to make necessary arrangements, questions and answers etc. I just find it shows I'm a serious buyer who's ready to buy.
I've said "I'll take it" to indicate that I'm willing to pay the full ask price with cash. It's better than "pm sent" with lowball offers imo. I would take it a step further that it also indicates I'm willing to make the drive if need be. What I missing that you say it means nothing?
