    Question... If you buy a car here and want to title in another state. Do GA dealers collect the tax here or do they let you pay when you get to the other state? They used to not collect the tax here. Which I always thought was stupid.

    Barrel life is almost always thought of in round avg. round count. Mostly applies to rifles and mostly more rounds than your average OTD'er will every fire.

    Agreed they must PROVE you knew it was stolen. That said they can arrest you for anything. This should apply to all laws as I saw a fellow ODT brother got a ticket in a rental car because it was improperly titled and saw where a guy is now in the sexual predator DB because this girls profile...
