    Zeta Power outage going on 12 hours...de icing

    Looks like were in the same boat. It's works fine until we don't use ice for a day or two. It acts like it doesn't know when it's full and the ice "bridges" across and melts together. Pull it out more often and use hair dryer to thaw. only takes a couple minutes. Yes it sucks.
