    She's still going about the same... No improvement, but at the same time, she hasn't gotten worse either. Tomorrow morning I'll bring her and her siblings back inside to keep them out of the heat, and continue to make sure they stay hydrated.

    Pneumonia. For adult cats there's a high likelihood of recovery. Recovery rate in kittens is virtually nonexistent.

    From everything I have read, and everyone I have talked to with experience hand raising kittens, once they start the decline, it doesn't take long till they expire. So if they were in the down slide then you absolutely did save it's life!
