    Yeah, my friend the business owner! LOL!! Here's the kicker: We built that garage (actually, it's his basement) about 8 years ago now, but he's actually moving out today!! Building a new house (with a 2 and 4 car garage). I get to design/build the 4-car garage...again! :)
