My latest adoptees. Two kittens from the same litter dumped down by the creek. Rayray, the white one is fearless. Midnight, the all black one is built for speed. Maybe 4 months old.
I have been feeding these dumped kittens for at least two months now. They were skin and bone when I found them.
One, Lucky, is now fully tame and two others will be with some more attention. I will pay a local spaying clinic if anyone wants one and can convence me that they will be family...
someone dumped the, skin and bone when I found them. Raye with white markings, midnight all black. Now doing well as they are shredding a 450 year old Ker-Mann rug.

Crocodile Dundee did a lot to conjure up a great image of "outback" Australian men. However, he was a lightweight compared to the batch of Australian surfers I used to host at my place in Hawaii every year during the big-wave season, back in the early 60's-70's...each year going on for several...
We always preferred mules to horses during roundup in Kauai, a more mountainous terrain than Oklahoma. Other than the obvious horse qualities, A mule has one mitigating quality in that it will not commit suicide.....a horse will.
Those are truly great photos. However, the last one, namely this one,
to me anyway, epitomizes what is being done to today's American public. Just imagine the cattle as humans and the dog as as a representation of America's living testimonial to degeneracy and corruption.
If I am not mistaken, the Mesa Verde site also has one of the few structures with a circular floor plan. Almost all cliff dwelling structures are rectangular in shape.
Now if they could only talk..
