    Yes, if they meet certain qualifying criteria. Hung some the other night. Heard a rumor the other night that they are discussing that we might start administering the vaccine in the ER; I just chuckled to myself thinking how stupid that would be to trust ER nurses with vaccine cards.

    Yep, probably Navicent. Everyone is hurting for staff and it is only going to get worse. I can give them two 12 hour shifts a week, but it will cost them $100 an hour and they have to let me pick the days.

    It is already happening, every hospital is critically understaffed and it will only get worse with time. My hospital is offering a $25,000 referral bonus for every RN, to get nurses to recruit their friends from other hospitals.

With the government controlling billions of dollars in reimbursements they have the hospitals by the balls so to speak and can make them comply with whatever mandates they choose...

    I agree that the mandates are BS, but I also realize that there is millions in federal funding on the line, and if hospitals do not "tow the line" that the government has probably threatened to cut of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, which comprise anywhere from 40%-70% of a hospitals...

    Sounds to me like you developed orthostatic hypotension from hypovolemia. Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor, but HCTZ is a diuretic and helps lower BP by pulling excess fluids (water) out of your blood stream. If you were outside in the heat, chances are you just became dehydrated due to sweating...
