    I have to agree...more or less. My employer doesnt give "sick days". If your out of work its vacation days (if approved) or points. Period. So if I call in its cause I'm not going to be there. I would appreciate a Vac day otherwise I'll have to take a point BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I'm NOT...
