Completely negotiable.
I just closed on my old Townhouse in Inman Park on Tuesday. I covered $5000 in closing costs but the buyer built it into the price. I.E. he offered me $5k over asking price and asked for $5k in closing costs.
I loved that place until I found out what that ****bag was doing to his employees... Will be surprised if he isn't indicted.
If you're in the city try Amazza on Edgewood. Pizza is better than Antico, the layout is better than Antico, the staff is actually friendly because they're not slaves...
Other than The Highlander, what bars are open downtown tonight?
Highlander has been a Christmas Eve family tradition for over a decade but my brother and sister didn't come into town this year...
Thinking about expanding my horizons...
You can get really close to zeroed by bore-sighting before you go to the range.
Take the upper off and the bcg out, look (literally) down the bore through the barrel at an object then adjust your sites to be aligned on the object. The farther off the object the better (think a car at 500yds)...
Lmao. Exactly. That was my point. That guy doesn't ride 100 feet a week much less a hundred miles. Just commuting to and from work less than 4 miles a day would do it but I'm willing to bet he doesn't ride 4 feet a day either.
That guy hasn't ridden over 3000 miles since 2012 when Blackpoint opened its doors. If that thing had been strapped to a couch or a recliner I would have believed him. Not a bicycle though.
I would HIGHLY recommend you talk to EVERY recruiter and not just Army (including the coasties). If I had to do it again, I'd go Air Force Pararescue. If you want to go the high speed route it's practically a blank check with the alphabet agencies when you EAS.
I've got a pretty big section of carpet you can have that I've been trying to get rid of but if you want it you gotta take the body that's rolled up inside it too. And I'm not driving far on this one. =\
On the PPC you re holster after every string of fire and have to draw for the following string of fire at the 1.5, 3, and 7 yard lines. I haven't fired the FBI Q course although I understand it was revamped last year. I have now clue if the story is true or not but I know it gets a lot of play...
See also the off-duty FBI Agent that happened into his bank being robbed and shot all three bank robbers... REHOLSTERING between each guy. If you train enough and correctly it will happen automatically when things go sideways. And that includes reholstering between every pair you fire if that's...
Exactly. The days of guys taking leave and doing "side work" ended decades ago... it's a kinder gentler Marine Corps now. I have several buddies still in, they tell me they'd get court martialed if they did the things we did just 10 years ago. I feel old now. Thanks.
Regarding this story...
I love the scene of Rossi at the podium congratulating everyone... And while he may surpass Agostini for total number of wins, he will never win the TT. Much less win it 10 times.
To wit:
Patriot Act effectively usurps the 5th amendment right to privacy
NDAA effectively usurps the 14th amendment due process clause
Also don't forget that US Citizens have been targeted and killed in drone attacks overseas for alleged ties to terrorism.
Lump that in with a government...
Does anyone else see the irony of a British guy telling a U.S. Citizen he doesn't need a gun? The British have had more armed revolutions fought against them over colonialism than any other government in existence. People fighting to free themselves from tyrannical rule.
Completely. I know a few Federal Agents to include an Air Marshal or two and have seen them snatching up all the good deals at several different shows.
