    that 30 dollar osb would be a steal now. one of my vendors told me he bought a rail car at 52 a sheet last week. that means the street value will be near 60.

    In 2006 if you could build it it would sell, same now. I just got my 30 day pricing from one vendor. 47 dollar osb. In 06 it probably peaked around 16

    i sold a car for 12k a few years ago and took cash. it's next to impossible to counterfeit money these days and unless they pay in 1 dollar bills 15k doesn't take up much space.

    yeah, 40 mpg is what i heard and yes, jettas are quick and handle well.

    2016 average was 2.14 in 2019 it was 2.60. it went up every year under trump until covid. presidents don't control the price of gas.

    prices were climbing before covid. we'd be at 4 dollars now if demand hadn't dropped.

    still haven't made up my mind. if i can find a 2-3k beater that get's 30-35 mpg i'll drive it until it quits then sell it for parts and keep the truck. new diesels are probably 60k for a base model these days. the used market (particularly the 7.3 market) is going to be strong for a long time.

    No but banks won’t touch most anything with more than 80k. I paid cash when i bought it and i imagine anybody looking for one would too.
