Very good used and dirty condition. One tire is low, may have slow leak. Everything else is perfect. Designed to flip over one way in tow it with your ATV, flip it over again to disk. I have a piece of a pallet strapped on the one side that I used to add weight (sandbags) whenever necessary...- Cohutta68
