    I think if it kicks high lower the nock, opposite if it kicks low. If it kicks left move the rest out, opposite if it kicks right. ???? Edit to add: It's been a long time since I did this...and I may have it backward...

    Yep, let's you check to see if you have any kick one way or another so you can adjust your rest, nock, etc.

    I did about 15 years ago back when you bought a bow plain and added the accessories yourself. This used to be kinda standard but I think most new bows come already tuned since they come with everything added.
