They're not used to hunt at night, although I'm sure people do. It is for(like they said) low light conditions in dark deep woods or a blind.
Its also useful for indoor/3d shoots.
Depends on what you want. I shoot "for fun" 3d tournaments and hunt. With that in mind, I shoot whatever I feel most comfortable with.
Mathews Chill is a great shooting bow for me. I have yet to shoot an obsession, used fortunately.

Find a nice 05-06 model.and be happy. I used to shoot a z7 xtreme and although I liked it, I am just as happy with my 2005 Bow tech Tribute. She shoots just as well and handles great. As stated - if you want Mathews the Switchback is a great choice - very solid bows and you can find them setup...

I think it's all taken care of. Been having issues with certain veins, going to wrap the arrows and then fletch them with Blazers and see if that doesnt fix it.
