    I am not obligated to sell to anyone for whatever reason. Just like a gun shop. You can be an off duty cop, 50 years old with concealed carry permit and if the owner of the gun shop does not want to sell you a gun, he does not have to. I don't understand how my not selling a handgun to an 18yr...
