I know I am the minority voice on this but I have had personal dealings with their agents (no audits thankfully) but the agents have been nothing but kind and professionals with me. The form letters they send to start a communication are pretty blunt and intimidating though
I like a bubba-ed up gun just as much as the next guy. But why in the world would you ask more than a new one would cost in the swap & sell after you have hacked and kryloned it all to hell? Who you foolin?
