    Hello all, Over the past two days of been mildly concerned about one or two of my rifles. Whenever I first got into milsurp I bought some surplus ammo. Particularly 8mm Mauser(Romanian) and 7.62x54r(Yugo). I’ve only shot my Czech Mauser 2 times, all of which was with surplus ammo. My Nagants...

    1947 Izhevsk M44 Mosin Nagant. Numbers matching, and bayonet still attached. It's not perfect (the stock could use a refinish). But no visible rust, strong rifling in the bore, and sights are straight. Rifle is fine Ivan. If I end up keeping it, i'll just refinish and add to the collection...
