I don't see why not, I've never heard complaints about milsurp mags (other than that they are slightly heavier than polymer ones). And these are refinished so that they look new.

Let me see if I can snake my wife's debit card. As of Saturday I should be back in the AK bidness with a Yugo under folder. That makes me happy.

Update: Got my 10 mags yesterday...and I'm a bit underwhelmed. 50% were excellent, looked brand new, good refinish. 30% had some minor issues (flaking finish, spotty finish, greasy finish) that I think a wipe down with CLP will mostly fix. 20% I'm not happy with at all, they have some serious rust/pitting under the refinish, one has a hole rusted through the body. I contacted AIM about my concerns and we'll see what they do, FWIW most of my mags look like the ones in their pictures. They all lockup well with little to no wobble and appear to be fully functional.

TLDR: I'm glad I bought them but hope AIM gives me a discount or something to make this right.
