Another project at Maw& Paw in-law!
Small deck 10 x 16
Material alone was $4000!
The stuff was so freaking heavy, soaking wet with saturation from being treated!!
Took 3 days to remove & rebuild!

OMG !! What the heck happened to the original one ?? Just got old and rotted ? (Just curious)
New one looks great ! Good job, i know you will enjoy that one for a good long time !!
Give it a couple of weeks to dry out and then treat it with some good sealant, like Thompsons or something …… it will last a good long time that way.

Mother and father-in-law had all kinds of stuff stored on the deck, so the water just sat there on the deck, and it was poorly built to begin with
