1967 browning bar mk ll in 308 antelope and deer engraved

Need help picked this gun up around 3 years ago at a yard sale from older man gun is pretty much perfect condition he said he bought new and never used it never even put a scope on it also came with the browning gun list price for 1967 and the browning catalog for 1967 would like to know a ball park value on the gun any help would be appreciated.

The gun your talking about is a Grade II BAR not to be confused with the newer MK II. Just guessing I would say a retail price would be $800-1000 it's not until you get into the higher grades with the nickel receivers do the prices jump but the market for those seems to be pretty flat right now. good luck and hope I have been helpful.
