2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with 5.7 Hemi 4x4 crew cab. Problem when accelerating to 50mph. Jerking

My Dodge has 200000 miles on it. This problem has been ongoing for a few weeks. When I accelerate to between 45 and 50 mph at some point the truck starts jerking until I get past 50 and everything smooths out. There is no problem when slowing down past 50 to a stop. This only happens upshifting.

Anyone have this problem? I think it is the shift solenoid in the tranny but not certain.

When is the last time you tuned it? My older f150 was acting similar ,changed fuel filter/plugs....solved.
