According to section 9.2.3 of CMP GAMES RIFLE COMPETITION RULES, the maximum weight of the rifle, including sights ,scope, can not exceed 7.5 pounds.
I have Tikka T1X's and CZ 457 AT-ONE . It's hard or impossible to meet this weight restriction
With a scope.on rifle.
Does all completion have this Weight rule??

Just about every comp will have equipment weight maximums.

My son shoots 4H and CMP rimfire sporter, with 4H following cmp rules. I built him a 10/22 with upgrades on just about every part including barrel, topped it with vortex rings and a Diamondback 4-16x44. Weighs in at 7lbs 5.75oz. I had to get the rifles starting weight, then contact part manufacturer's for each upgrade/addition's exact weight then do the calculations to be sure I didn't bust the weight maximum.

At Riverbend Gun Club, when shooting the NRA light rifle competition, they actually weigh the guns on a scale. And they have trigger scales to measure the weight of the trigger as well.

Yep. Trigger pull weight restrictions for my son's rimfire CMP and 4H comps as well. 3lb minimum pull, which can make trigger upgrades a challenge since most drop in upgrades are well under a 3lb pull.
