.22LR , Quality Bolt Action Rifle

Something along the lines of a good used CZ or Ruger M77/22. A well used and reasonably priced Browning T-Bolt would also do. Not looking for a safe queen with fancy wood or expensive scopes attached.
Must be GA resident.
Must be near Ringgold/Rossville/Lafayette areas.
