My brain is ready to explode from all of the information I am trying to absorb lol. I'm lookin gor a good starting point as far as bullet/powder combinations. That is all that I have left to buy to get started. I have been seeing a lot of bullets in the 200-220 grain range. The Hogdgon data table had IMR 4198 listed, and I was able to find it in stock, but now I see that it may not work well with the heavier bullets.
I have the Daniel Defense 10.5" upper
Will be getting the AAC SDN-6
Using reformed .223 brass
200+ grain bullets
and CCI Primers (have seen to use either small magnum pistol, or small rifle)
So my question would be does anyone have any suggestions for combinations? And please don't just send me to the 300 blk forums. I am reading there as I type this, but I like to check with the guys over here as well. I am new to reloading but not afraid to get in there and try things out.
