All the loose stuff is 1907 and older. Going through my ammo and organizing better I didn't know I had this much of it.

Cool find, would make a good display. Had a 1943 case seperate on me, split down the base of the case and shot hot gas at me. Scared the crap out of me. I won't shoot anymore ancient brass after that.
 
I'd pull a bullet and dump out the propellant and see if it's cordite.
That Cordite is famous, and historically significant as one of the first smokeless propellants that was used pretty much all of the 20th century by the Brits.
It's not a powder..it's a bundle of rods like dry spaghetti.

Already did and it is a bundle of rods.
