3D-printing and sheet metal fabrication

I'm not sure if this is the best section to ask this but if anyone here does 3D-printing and/or can do sheet metal fabrication, I would like to pick your brain and possibly get a ballpark idea of what something like below would cost to make.

I would like to have something like this made for personal use.
