If what you are asking is: "Is reloading .45 Colt a good idea?" Then the answer is "Yes". The retail price on .45 Colt is rather stiff, making reloading it practical. On the other hand, if you are looking for someone to reload ammunition for you ... then you will likely be disappointed as the liability is simply too great. Your best bet is to find someone close by who reloads .45 Colt and get them to mentor you so that you can reload your own.
Reloading is like SCUBA diving: it is extremely safe as long as you follow ALL of the rules, ALL of the time. Bend or break a rule and you could end up injured or dead!
That's a really good price from a reliable source ... Buy at least 5 boxes to save on freight costs. At that price, unless you reload a LOT, the investment in equipment, components and time would hardly justify reloading your own!
Retail prices keep falling, making it hard to justify reloading any of the "common" calibers of handgun/rifle ammunition. This has also resulted in more reloading equipment hitting the market at attractive prices ... So, if you have some odd-ball or "uncommon" calibers that you commonly shoot, soon it might be time to consider making the move to get into reloading. Finding a local "mentor" is still highly recommended.
