a look at a project that is on its 3rd year..66 corvair-tube chassis-narrowed corvette suspension LS2 550 hp mid engine with a mendeola 5 spd transaxle...every thing is custom fabbed...working on the park brake system as well as the fire control system.very little room to have all the systems live together...sits about 46" to the roof.

That's too cool! I love Corvairs. But then I alswys loved the mechanically misunderstood oddball stuff. You know Fiat,Triumph,Audi etc. I hope when Ralph nader dies they bury him in a Corvair.
