Strangely, I found conflicting information on the internet.

Are muzzle breaks interchangeable between a 7.62x39 (AK) and a 7.62x63 (30-06)? I feel like this is a dumb question because they’re both 7.62, but my research has me questioning logic.

If the threads are the same, the mounts are interchangeable.

Most AK’s have metric, left-hand threads, while most .30 caliber rifles in the US have right-hand threads, most commonly in 5/8-24.

Yep, the KS47 is threaded to 5/8-24.

You can use a .30 caliber muzzle device on a KS47, as long as the muzzle device is threaded 5/8-24.
